Contact Information
You can reach our customer service department by e-mail, US mail or telephone. Although our representatives are available to answer your phone calls during normal business hours, we feel that the most efficient form of communication is e-mail. Please have your order confirmation number or invoice number identified in your e-mail or available when you call.

Paying with a credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit card payments for online orders. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is:  Delta Cafe Roasting Co. Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be declined or delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.  If your credit card is declined during checkout, please verify that you have provided your billing information correctly.  Multiple checkout attempts may cause your credit card company to place multiple authorization holds against your credit cards available credit line.

Sales tax collection
We collect sales tax for orders shipped to California.  Resale orders with proper documentation are exempt.  

Processing your order
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Your order will begin processing the next business day (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST. Shipping transit time will be in addition to order processing time. We do not offer overnight / same day shipping and processing. All orders are shipped via UPS during regular business hours (No processing on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays). We cannot ship to P.O boxes or  APO/FPO addresses.

Delta Cafe Roasting Co. strives to have all items in stock at all times. However, there will be occasions that we cannot ship certain items immediately. Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as they become available unless you tell us otherwise. If your order cannot be shipped within 7 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.  

How to Change Your Order
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address:  If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.  

Promotional Mailings
We may notify you of any upcoming promotions and specials that may interest you. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, please make sure to contact us to request that we exclude you from any promotional mailings.  

Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact us immediately.  All returns should be shipped to our address listed above.  No COD returns will be accepted.   Please email us for a return authorization number
